From choosing your products to tracking your delivery, here’s what to expect when shopping with QUEEN 21.
1. Choose Your Products
Browse our collections, select your preferred products and quantities, and add them to your cart.
Please review product descriptions, colors, sizes, and quantities carefully before placing your order.
2. Review Your Cart & Check Out
Open your cart to review your items and apply any valid discount code. Proceed to checkout and enter your contact information and shipping address.
Please make sure your email address and delivery details are correct. Applicable shipping charges and sales tax will be displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States only
3. Complete Your Payment
All prices and payments are in US dollars (USD).
QUEEN 21 accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay.
- Additional payment options: Zelle, Venmo, and checks.
To pay by credit card, enter your card details at checkout. For payments through **Zelle, Venmo, or checks**, please contact our customer service team for payment instructions and assistance completing your order.
4. Order Confirmation & Processing
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
Please allow **3–5 business days** for standard order processing. Weekends and holidays are not included. Processing may take longer during promotions or busy periods.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will review your request and confirm whether it can still be accommodated.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 3–5 business days after your package is handed to the carrier.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not include order processing time. Orders over **$200** require a signature upon delivery.
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying purchases:
- QUEEN 21 products totaling from $100
- Products from other brands totaling from $200
Need your order sooner? Expedited shipping is available upon request. Contact our customer service team to discuss available options, costs, and estimated delivery times.
6. Track Your Order
Use your shipment’s tracking information to follow your package’s progress.
Tracking updates may not appear at every stage of transit. A gap between updates does not necessarily mean your package is delayed or lost.
